Shipping charges and customer details

Any free-shipping offer is determined by the checkout shown for the order. Customers must provide an accurate delivery address, email address, and telephone number. An incorrect or incomplete address can delay delivery or require additional carrier charges.

Tracking and delivery concerns

Tracking updates are provided when available. For a delayed, lost, marked-delivered, damaged, or incomplete shipment, contact support with the order number, checkout email, tracking number, and relevant photos when applicable so the carrier or fulfillment record can be reviewed.
